ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying whether a special kind of music therapy can help adults reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression caused by work, family, or other life pressures. The therapy uses something called the ISO principle, which means the music changes gradually to match and then shift a person’s emotions toward feeling calmer and more relaxed. Participants will be randomly placed in one of two groups: one will receive personalized music playlists designed to improve their mood, while the other will not receive any music during the study.
To join, adults need to have finished at least some college education, have worked full-time steadily for at least a year, and follow a regular daily routine. People who are currently using medications, have had recent surgeries, psychiatric conditions, hearing problems, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding cannot participate. During the study, participants will be asked to fill out simple questionnaires about how stressed or anxious they feel and their overall well-being. The goal is to find an easy and non-invasive way to help people manage stress using music.
