ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a special program called activity management training to help people who have had low back pain for at least 3 to 6 months. The goal is to see if this training can improve how participants manage their daily activities and reduce pain. The program includes six weeks of different types of training, such as learning to be more aware of body movements, understanding proper posture and ergonomics, pacing activities, conserving joint energy, and relaxation techniques. At the beginning and end of the program, participants will complete some simple tests and questionnaires to measure their pain, activity levels, fatigue, and thinking skills.
People who might be eligible to join are adults who can read and write and have been dealing with low back pain for a few months. The study is open to all genders but excludes anyone who has pain caused by cancer, recent fractures or surgery, serious mental health conditions like major depression, or those who don’t want to take part. The trial will take place at Çankırı Karatekin University, and participants can expect to be closely supported throughout the six weeks, with progress reviewed at the end to set future goals. This study is not recruiting yet, but it aims to help people better manage their low back pain through practical, step-by-step training.
