ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a combination of two treatments—Bruegger's exercises (special stretches and movements) and upper back mobilizations (gentle movements to improve spine flexibility)—can help people who have non-specific neck pain, which means neck pain without a clear cause. Neck pain is common and can sometimes lead to problems like dizziness or a sense of imbalance. The study aims to see if these combined treatments can improve symptoms by helping the neck and upper back work better together.
People who might be eligible to join this study are men and women between the ages of 25 and 45 who have had neck pain lasting at least three months. However, those with certain conditions like nerve problems in the neck, a history of neck injury from whiplash, or previous neck surgery cannot take part. While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, those who join can expect to receive guided exercises and manual therapy focused on the neck and upper back. This study could provide helpful information about managing ongoing neck pain in a safe and non-invasive way.
