ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying an online program called MINDxYOU, designed to help healthcare workers reduce stress and improve their mental well-being. The program includes four online lessons over eight weeks that teach mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance skills—tools that can help people handle stress and difficult emotions. The study will first test the program in a hospital setting and then expand it to other healthcare centers. Researchers want to see how easy the program is to use, how well it works, and how it can be made part of everyday healthcare to support professionals working under pressure.
Healthcare workers between 18 and 70 years old who understand Spanish, have access to the internet on a smartphone, tablet, or computer, and have worked at the same place for at least six months may be eligible to join. People with serious mental health conditions, thoughts of suicide, or substance abuse problems are not eligible. Participants will sign a consent form and then use the self-guided online program at their own pace. This study is important because it aims to find practical ways to help healthcare professionals manage stress through accessible digital support.
