ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a special questionnaire designed to help identify people with osteoporosis who may have certain rare genetic bone diseases in their family. Osteoporosis is a condition where bones become weak and more likely to break, and family history can play an important role. The questionnaire asks about bone health issues in close family members to better understand risks and improve early detection and care.
Adults over 18 who have osteoporosis and are being treated at certain clinics in Quebec may be eligible to participate, as long as they have internet access and can complete the questionnaire themselves. Participants will be asked to fill out this self-questionnaire online, which focuses on signs and family history related to bone diseases. This study is not yet recruiting, but it hopes to make it easier to find people at higher risk and provide them with better, personalized care.
