ClinConnect Summary
This study is looking at how people use and feel about four websites that provide information and support to prevent suicide in Flanders. These websites include Zelfmoord1813.be, which offers crisis help through a free and anonymous helpline, as well as three others that focus on support for those grieving a suicide, helping people in someone’s social circle, and resources specifically for men. The goal is to understand whether visitors find the websites helpful, easy to use, and relevant to their needs. This information will help improve the sites and make sure they reach everyone who might benefit.
If you are 16 years or older and have visited any of these websites, you may be invited to take part in the study. After spending a short time on the site, a small pop-up will ask if you’d like to share your thoughts through a quick, five-minute questionnaire. You can also choose to give feedback later by clicking a link on the website. Your answers will help the people managing these sites make them better and more useful for everyone seeking support or information about suicide prevention.
