ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the relationship between testosterone levels in the blood and the complexity of blockages in the heart’s arteries in men under 45 years old who have early signs of heart disease. The researchers want to understand if testosterone plays a role in how severe the artery problems are, which could help improve how these patients are diagnosed and treated.

Men younger than 45 who have been diagnosed with early heart disease and are scheduled for a special heart test called coronary angiography (which looks at the arteries in the heart) may be able to join this study. Participants should not have had a recent heart attack, hormone-related conditions, or certain other health problems like liver or kidney disease. If you take part, you can expect to have your blood tested for testosterone levels and your heart arteries carefully examined during the angiography. This study is currently looking for volunteers, and it could provide important information about heart disease in younger men.
