ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new treatment called binaural synchronous vagus nerve regulation to help people recover after a type of stroke known as cerebral infarction, which can cause problems with movement and sensation. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and effective in improving these difficulties. The study compares this approach to standard care to provide strong evidence about its benefits.
People who may join the study are adults over 18 who have had their first ischemic stroke within the past 7 to 14 days and have no skin problems where the treatment will be applied. Participants should not have severe memory or thinking problems, serious movement limitations from injuries like broken bones, or certain neurological conditions. If eligible and agreeing to participate, patients can expect to receive the study treatment and be closely monitored to see how well it works and check for any side effects. This trial is currently looking for volunteers who meet these criteria.
