ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying ways to reduce drinking among older high school students, specifically juniors and seniors aged 15 to 18. Researchers want to see if a program called e-CHECKUP TO GO (eCTG), either by itself or combined with an online program for parents, can help teens drink less and avoid problems related to alcohol use. This study is important because while many programs focus on younger teens, there are fewer options for older high school students, even though drinking at this age can still cause serious issues.
To take part, both the teen and their parent need to agree to join, and they must be part of a specific group called Ipsos' Knowledge Panel. If you have a teen between 15 and 18 years old, you might be eligible. Participants will complete the online programs designed to help reduce drinking and its negative effects. The study is not yet recruiting, but if you and your teen join, you’ll be helping researchers find better ways to support teens and families in preventing alcohol problems during these important high school years.
