ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying two surgical techniques that use donor tissue to help repair damaged knees, specifically for people who have serious meniscus tears and injuries to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), which is an important ligament that helps keep the knee stable. The goal is to see how safe and effective these techniques are in improving knee function, reducing pain, and restoring stability and movement after surgery.

People who might be eligible to join are adults between 18 and 50 years old who have ongoing knee problems from meniscus and ACL injuries that haven’t improved after at least six months of treatments like physical therapy or pain medicines. Their knee should be stable (meaning the ligaments aren’t loose), and they must be willing to follow a rehab program and attend check-ups after surgery. Participants will have the transplantation surgery using donor tissues and will be closely monitored to track their recovery, watch for any complications, and see how well their knee works over time. This study aims to provide important information about these advanced knee repair methods to help people with severe knee damage.
