ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how patients who have recently had a stroke choose their rehabilitation care, such as physical therapy or other recovery services. The goal is to understand what factors, like personal preferences, family support, and health care options, influence their decisions. This information will help doctors and health professionals better respect patients’ wishes and plan rehabilitation care that fits each person’s needs.
People who are eligible for this study are adults aged 18 or older who have had a stroke within the last two weeks. To join, patients should be medically stable and able to communicate in Chinese or Taiwanese. The study involves collecting information about patients’ health, daily functioning, and their preferences for rehabilitation care. Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires and have their medical information reviewed. This study is currently recruiting patients and aims to provide better, patient-centered care after stroke recovery.
