ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how two different types of exercise—**aerobic** (like running or cycling) and **anaerobic** (like weightlifting or sprinting)—affect certain hormones and immune system markers in young adults. Researchers will collect blood and saliva samples to measure things like stress hormones, immune proteins, and other substances that show how the body responds to exercise. They will also look at participants’ physical activity habits, mood (including signs of depression), and overall lifestyle to see how these factors connect with the biological changes.
To take part, you need to be a university student between 18 and 25 years old and be able to exercise safely. People with serious health issues, mental health problems that make exercising difficult, or injuries that prevent exercise won’t be able to join. If you participate, you can expect to provide blood and saliva samples and share information about your activity, mood, and lifestyle. This study aims to better understand how different exercises affect both the body and mind in a balanced way.
