ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring a new way to improve people’s nutrition by using a non-invasive test that looks at tiny vibrations in hair follicles. This test, called biofrequency analysis, helps to quickly understand a person’s nutritional status and how their genes might be responding to their diet, without needing blood or urine samples. The study will test whether a 90-day personalized nutrition plan based on this hair analysis can improve participants’ health, including their diet habits, body measurements, activity levels, and overall well-being. The goal is to see if this technology can offer an easy and effective way to tailor nutrition advice to each person.

Adults between 18 and 65 years old who are active members of a sports team can join the study. Participants will need to provide a small hair sample and agree to follow the personalized nutrition plan if they are in the intervention group. They will also complete questionnaires before and after the 90 days. People with certain genetic conditions, those already on special diets or supplements for medical reasons, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those in other similar studies won’t be eligible. This trial is not yet recruiting, but if successful, it could lead to simple and personalized nutrition strategies that help people stay healthier in their everyday lives.
