ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how a single session of two special training methods—watching movements (called action observation) and imagining movements (called motor imagery)—might affect balance, muscle oxygen levels, and tiredness in young healthy men. These techniques are often used in rehab after injuries or surgeries to help improve movement and reduce pain. While most studies look at long-term effects, this trial wants to see what happens right after just one session.
To take part, you need to be a healthy man between 18 and 25 years old with no history of surgery or problems in your arms or hands. The study will check things like how well your upper body balances and how your muscles use oxygen during and after the training. The goal is to learn if this quick training can have immediate benefits, which could help improve rehab methods in the future. If you meet the criteria and join, you can expect to participate in a single session where these exercises are done and your muscle and balance responses are measured.
