ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring whether coloring mandalas (which are circular, patterned drawings) and listening to music can help reduce symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and improve quality of life. PMS includes a range of physical and emotional symptoms that many women experience before their period. The study aims to see if these creative and relaxing activities can make a positive difference.
The study is looking for women who are undergraduate midwifery students at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, who have a certain level of PMS symptoms and have access to the internet and Zoom on their phone or computer. Participants will take part in activities like mandala coloring and music listening, all done online. This trial is not yet recruiting, but if eligible, participants can expect to engage in these relaxing activities from home to see if they help with their PMS symptoms and overall well-being.
