ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how using comfortable and supportive positions (called ergonomic practices) might improve the quality of breastfeeding for first-time mothers. The study wants to see if these helpful ways of sitting or holding the baby can make breastfeeding easier and better for both mom and baby.
Women who might join this study are first-time moms between 18 and 35 years old, currently in their last trimester of pregnancy, expecting one baby, planning to breastfeed, and able to read and write. However, moms with certain nipple issues or health problems that could make breastfeeding difficult won’t be able to participate. If you join, you’ll likely learn and try different ways to position yourself and your baby during breastfeeding to see if it helps. This study hasn’t started recruiting yet, but it aims to support moms in having a more comfortable and successful breastfeeding experience.
