ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special type of education, based on a traditional system called Ahilik, might help nursing students develop their professional values. Professional values are important beliefs and behaviors that guide nurses in their work, such as responsibility, ethics, and caring for others. Right now, nursing students mostly learn these values in theory, but this study wants to see if using Ahilik-based lessons can help students truly understand and live by these values in their daily work as future nurses.
The study will invite second-year nursing students who are active and willing to join the training. To take part, students need to attend most of the training sessions (at least 80%) and must not have health or communication issues that would prevent them from participating fully. If chosen, participants will be part of educational sessions focused on Ahilik principles and will be observed to see if this approach makes a difference in how they adopt professional nursing values. This trial is not yet recruiting, but it offers a unique opportunity for nursing students to deepen their understanding of what it means to be a caring and responsible nurse.
