ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how different types of exercise affect the body and how hard the exercise feels to people. It compares four ways of working out: traditional steady aerobic exercise, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), aerobic exercise combined with virtual reality (VR), and HIIT combined with VR. The researchers want to see how each type affects heart rate, blood pressure, muscle fatigue, and how much effort participants feel they are putting in.
The study is looking for healthy adults between 18 and 35 years old who do not have injuries or health problems that make exercise unsafe. People with vision issues that would make using VR headsets difficult cannot join. Participants will take part in one session of each exercise type, and researchers will measure their body responses and ask about how tired or hard the exercise felt. This study aims to better understand how adding virtual reality to exercise might change the experience and effects on the body.
