ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the NutriEvalUA program, is designed to learn more about the health and nutrition of university athletes at the University of Alicante. The study will look at things like their eating habits, use of supplements, body makeup (like muscle and fat), hydration (how well they stay hydrated), physical activity, and overall health. The goal is to better understand what factors affect their sports performance and well-being, so that future programs can help improve their health and athletic abilities.
If you are a university athlete who agrees to take part and regularly attends physical activity sessions (at least 80% of the time), you might be eligible for this study. Participants will be asked to take part in evaluations that check their nutrition, body composition, hydration, and physical health. This is an observational study, which means the researchers will watch and collect information without changing anyone’s routine. The study is not yet recruiting participants but will welcome athletes of all genders who meet the participation criteria.
