Evaluation of Adherence With Bisphosphonates and Calcium and Vitamin D Supplements in Women With Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Women who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis after menopause and who have been taking a bisphosphonate medicine (either once a week or once a month) along with daily calcium and vitamin D supplements for at least six months may be eligible to join. If they agree to participate, they will have a single study visit, which will happen during one of their regular doctor appointments. During this visit, the doctor will review their medical history and ask some questions to learn more about their treatment habits and feelings about their care. This study is currently recruiting participants and aims to help improve how treatments are managed for women with this condition.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • 1. - Women diagnosed with postmenopausal OP.
• • 2. - Women who had been prescribed oral treatment with a BP administered monthly or weekly together with a Ca/D supplement (sachets or chewable tablets) administered daily, at least 6 months prior to inclusion in the study.
• • 3. - Women who had given their written informed consent before participating in the study.
