ClinConnect Summary
This study is looking at how the thinking skills of pediatric nurses—specifically their ability to imagine different situations and come up with creative solutions—might affect the quality of care they provide to children. Researchers also want to understand if factors like a nurse’s background or personal characteristics play a role in the care they deliver.
If you are currently working as a pediatric nurse and are interested in taking part, you may be eligible for this study. Participation involves answering some questions about your thoughts and experiences, which should take about 10 minutes. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but when it begins, it will be open to nurses of all genders. This research could help improve nursing care by highlighting the importance of nurses’ reasoning skills.
