This clinical trial is studying stroke in children and teenagers to better understand how it shows up, what risk factors might contribute to it, and what the outcomes are for young patients who have had a stroke. The goal is to learn more about the symptoms, causes, and recovery patterns of stroke in patients treated at Assiut University Children's Hospital.
Children and teens from 28 days old up to 18 years who come to the neurology unit or clinic at this hospital and have experienced a stroke may be eligible to take part. Newborn babies younger than 28 days and anyone older than 18 years are not included. Participants can expect to have their medical information reviewed to help doctors identify important signs and risks, which can improve care and support for other young patients with stroke in the future. This study has not started recruiting yet, but it aims to provide valuable information about stroke in children at this hospital.

- Inclusion Criteria:
- • All patients from 28 day till 18 years who will attend to neurology unit and neurology clinic at assiut University Children's Hospital during duration of the study,.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • neonates
- • patient older than 18 years
- • patient not presented with stroke
