ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two special dental treatments used to improve the appearance and health of white spot lesions on teeth, which are early signs of enamel damage that look like white marks. The researchers want to see which of the two materials—a light-cured varnish or a cleaning paste, both containing a special ingredient called S-PRG that helps protect and repair teeth—better keeps the tooth color natural and stable over a year.
If you are between 16 and 35 years old, have early enamel damage on your front teeth but no pain or infection, and practice good oral hygiene, you might be eligible to join. Participants will receive one of these treatments and will be asked to come back for check-ups over 12 months to see how well the tooth color stays and how the treatments work. It’s important that participants are willing to take part and can attend all visits. This study aims to find a treatment that not only helps teeth heal but also keeps them looking their best.
