ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying whether a special exercise program can help reduce pain and improve movement in people with knee osteoarthritis, a common joint condition that causes knee pain and stiffness. The program includes supervised physical therapy sessions focused on building muscle strength, increasing joint movement, and improving daily function. The therapy will last for 6 weeks, and researchers will check how much participants’ pain and ability to move get better using simple, trusted measurement tools.
Adults between 50 and 75 years old who have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and are experiencing pain or difficulty moving their knee may be eligible to join. Participants need to be able to attend the supervised exercise sessions and agree to take part in the study. People with a history of knee replacement surgery, serious heart or nerve problems, recent injuries to the leg, or uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes won’t be able to join. If you qualify, you can expect regular guided exercise sessions designed to help your knee feel better and work more easily. This study is not yet recruiting participants but aims to find a safe, effective way to manage knee osteoarthritis symptoms through exercise.
