ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a treatment called Stellate Ganglion Blockade to see if it can help reduce pain and improve movement in people who have a condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) after a stroke. This treatment will be added to regular physical therapy to see if it works better than physical therapy alone.
Adults between 18 and 75 years old who have been diagnosed with CRPS and have moderate to severe pain (a pain score above 4 out of 10) may be able to join. People with other serious neurological problems, infections, open wounds near the treatment area, cancer, or memory problems are not eligible. If you join, you will receive the Stellate Ganglion Block treatment along with physical therapy, and the study team will monitor your pain and ability to move. This trial is currently looking for volunteers who meet these criteria.
