ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well a questionnaire called the Exercise Benefits/Barriers Scale works for pregnant women. The goal is to better understand what helps or stops pregnant women from being active during pregnancy. By using this questionnaire, the study hopes to raise awareness about the importance of exercise and physical activity while expecting a baby.
Women who are between 18 and 45 years old, in their second or third trimester of pregnancy, and can read Turkish may be able to join the study. However, women with certain health issues that could make exercise unsafe, like serious pregnancy complications or other medical problems, won’t be able to participate. If you join, you will be asked to complete questionnaires about your thoughts and experiences with exercise during pregnancy. This study is not yet recruiting participants but aims to help improve support and advice for staying active while pregnant.
