ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is testing a new campaign called the Pink & Pearl Campaign at Christian Hospital to encourage more women to get screened for lung cancer. The campaign is designed to raise awareness and help women who are eligible for lung cancer screening by providing support through nurses and easy referrals during their regular mammogram visits. The goal is to see if this campaign helps more women complete lung cancer screening and to understand what factors make it easier or harder for women to follow through with the screening.
Women who are already coming in for mammograms at Christian Hospital and meet the criteria for lung cancer screening may be eligible to take part. If you join, you can expect to be offered help with lung cancer screening referrals and support to complete the screening. The study will also look at how long it takes for women to get screened after being referred and what personal or healthcare system factors affect the process. This trial is not yet recruiting but aims to find better ways to help women get important cancer screenings in one convenient place.
