This study is looking at how much people like lunch meals that have seeds added to them. The goal is to find tasty recipes that include seeds, which might help people feel full and support a healthier lifestyle. This could be especially helpful for those who are overweight or have obesity.
If you are between 13 and 31 years old, of any gender, and interested in trying new lunch foods, you might be able to join this study. Participants will be asked to taste different versions of seed-containing meals and share their opinions. The study is currently looking for volunteers, and taking part could help researchers create meals that are both enjoyable and good for health.
