ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying whether adding Whole Health Coaching (WHC) can help improve pain care for veterans who have chronic pain and are already working with a pain management team at the VA. Whole Health Coaching is a way to support patients by focusing on their overall well-being and personal goals, not just their pain symptoms. The study aims to see if this approach helps veterans manage their pain better and stay safe while improving their daily functioning.

Veterans between the ages of 65 and 74 who have chronic pain and are currently receiving care from a pain management team at the VA may be eligible to join. If you participate, you can expect to work with a coach who will help you set health goals and support you in making changes that fit your life. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it offers a new approach that looks beyond medications to help manage long-term pain in a more personalized way.
