ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying whether a special program that combines exercise with ergonomic training (which means learning how to use your body in a way that reduces strain and prevents pain) can help nursing students feel less pain, sleep better, and feel less anxious. The study will include 60 nursing students from Kütahya Health Sciences University, who will be divided into two groups. One group will take part in the training program, which includes both lessons and exercise videos twice a week for four weeks, while the other group will continue their usual studies without extra support.
If you are a nursing student at this university and meet the study’s requirements, you might be eligible to join. Participants can expect to complete surveys about their pain levels, sleep quality, and anxiety before and after the program. The goal is to see if this combined approach can improve well-being and if it should be added to nursing education in the future. The study has not started recruiting yet, but it hopes to offer helpful strategies for students dealing with pain, sleep problems, and stress.
