ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well a special treatment called Albumin Platelet Rich Fibrin (a substance made from your own blood to help healing) works to reduce problems after removing impacted lower wisdom teeth (the third molars). The study will include 16 patients who need both of their lower wisdom teeth removed. The goal is to see if this treatment helps the extraction sites heal better and with fewer complications.
People who might join are adults with impacted lower wisdom teeth who need them removed and are seeking care at the Mansoura University dental clinic. If you take part, you can expect to have both lower wisdom teeth removed, with one side treated using the Albumin Platelet Rich Fibrin and the other side treated in the usual way. This will help doctors compare healing between the two methods. The study is not yet recruiting participants, and it welcomes adults of all genders within the specified age range. This research aims to find better ways to help people heal after wisdom tooth removal with fewer problems.
