ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring whether a home-based virtual reality exercise program is a good and helpful way for young people with cerebral palsy to stay active. Over six weeks, participants will use special VR headsets (like Meta Quest) to play exercise games designed to be high-energy and fun. The goal is to see if this type of exercise is enjoyable and if it can bring health benefits. Participants will visit the lab twice for health check-ups related to exercise.
The study is open to people of all genders who have cerebral palsy and are between the ages of 14 and 31. If you join, you will take part in this VR exercise program from home, using equipment provided by the study. It’s important to know that the trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it will focus on making exercise more accessible and engaging for those with physical disabilities.
