ClinConnect Summary
The Attune With TruMatch TM Personalized Solutions Instruments trial is studying whether a special type of knee surgery tool can improve outcomes for obese patients who need total knee replacement due to painful arthritis. The goal is to see if using these personalized tools can lead to better results and lower costs for patients who have a body mass index (BMI) between 30 and 50 and are between 19 and 70 years old.
To participate, patients must have knee osteoarthritis that is causing significant pain and is best treated with surgery. However, those with a history of certain knee surgeries, infections, or other specific health issues will not be eligible. If you join the trial, you will receive the personalized knee surgery tool, and researchers will track how well it works for you compared to standard surgery. This study is currently active, but they are not recruiting new participants at this time.
