- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Adult patients (age ≥ 18 years)
- • Undergoing 1-3 level ACDF surgery
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Patients under 18 years of age
- • Non-English speaking patients
- • Pregnancy
- • Emergent procedures
- • History of psychosis
- • Uncontrolled hypertension
- • Known or suspected allergy or intolerance to ketamine or its components.
