  • Undergoing 1-3 level ACDF surgery
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • Patients under 18 years of age
  • Non-English speaking patients
  • Pregnancy
  • Emergent procedures
  • History of psychosis
  • Uncontrolled hypertension
  • Known or suspected allergy or intolerance to ketamine or its components.
