  • Currently enrolled in the Women's Health Initiative (WHI) Extension Study
  • Known to be alive
  • Cardiovascular outcomes will be available (enrolled in the WHI Medical Records Cohort or linked to Medicare Data)
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • Inability to walk
  • Dementia
  • Residing in a nursing home
