- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Non-specific shoulder and neck pain
- • Ages between 20yr to 45yr
- • Shoulder and neck syndrome of upper trapezius and levator scapulae more than 3 months
- • No using medicine such as anodyne and muscle relaxants.
