- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Adult patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • bilateral total knee arthroplasty
- • hematochromatosis or hemosiderosis
- • hemolytic anemia
- • history of drug allergy
- • liver cirrhosis or hepatitis
- • systematic lupus erythematosus
- • rheumatic arthritis
- • allergic disease
- • history of transfusion within one month from surgery
- • parturient
