  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • Adult patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • bilateral total knee arthroplasty
  • hematochromatosis or hemosiderosis
  • hemolytic anemia
  • history of drug allergy
  • liver cirrhosis or hepatitis
  • systematic lupus erythematosus
  • rheumatic arthritis
  • allergic disease
  • history of transfusion within one month from surgery
  • parturient
