  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • ASA I or II
  • Pilonidal disease \<3 previous treatments
  • Previous incision and drainage allowed
  • Over 16 years
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • Co-morbidity \>ASA II
  • Unable to consent themselves
  • Under 16 years
  • Vulnerable adults
