ClinConnect Summary
The Chinese Essential Tremor Registry (CETR) is a clinical trial aimed at creating a comprehensive database of patients suffering from Essential Tremor (ET) in China. Essential Tremor is a condition that causes uncontrollable shaking, typically in the hands and arms. This registry will help researchers better understand ET and improve treatment options for patients. The study is currently recruiting participants of all ages and genders who have been diagnosed with ET according to specific medical guidelines.
To join the trial, participants must be diagnosed with Essential Tremor by a qualified healthcare professional. However, individuals who are unable to give their consent to participate will not be eligible. Those who take part in the registry can expect to provide some personal health information, which will be used to help gather insights about ET. This information may be valuable in advancing research and developing better care for people with Essential Tremor in the future.
