ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a method called endoscopic resection, which is used to safely remove large polyps from the colon and the upper part of the small intestine (duodenum). These polyps can sometimes lead to colorectal and duodenal cancer, so finding effective ways to remove them is very important. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and anyone aged 18 or older who has a large colon polyp (20mm or larger) or a large duodenal polyp (10mm or larger) may be eligible to join.
If you decide to participate, you will undergo an upper endoscopy or colonoscopy, procedures that allow doctors to see inside your digestive tract and remove the polyps. It’s important to note that if you need an emergency procedure, have certain blood conditions, or are pregnant, you won't be able to participate in this study. Overall, this trial aims to improve the safety and effectiveness of removing large polyps, which could help prevent cancer in the future.
