ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective it is to transfer a type of embryo called a mosaic embryo in women dealing with infertility. A mosaic embryo has a mix of both normal and abnormal cells, and the study aims to see how this impacts pregnancy outcomes after being screened for genetic issues. The research is currently recruiting women who are between the ages of 18 and 45 and have already gone through an in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle at the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM) where they found a mosaic embryo. Participants must be open to transferring just one embryo.
To join the study, women need to be struggling with infertility and meet specific health requirements for embryo transfer. The trial welcomes patients of all backgrounds, as long as they have completed their IVF cycle at CCRM and have a mosaic embryo. It's important to note that women who want to transfer more than one embryo or who are using a gestational carrier are not eligible. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to important research that could help others facing similar challenges in the future.
