ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how fidgeting can help adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) manage their thoughts and emotions better. Researchers want to see if using a special fidget device that provides movement and sensory stimulation can improve focus and emotional control. This study will take place in a lab, and the findings could help develop new recommendations for people with ADHD to improve their everyday performance at home, work, or school.
To participate in this study, you would need to be an adult diagnosed with ADHD and have a history of fidgeting. However, you cannot be currently taking certain medications that affect your mood or brain function, nor can you have serious mental health issues or conditions that might interfere with the study tasks. If you join, you can expect to engage in activities that explore how movement affects your thinking and feelings, contributing to a better understanding of ADHD and potentially helping others in the future.
