Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Patients admitted in intensive care unit requiring a central venous catheter (CVC)
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Patients with radial AV shunt for hemodialysis
• • Patients with Renaud phenomenon or lymphedema
• • Congenital or acquired deformity of arms
• • Cannulation site infection, hematoma and surgery
