ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special training program can help improve the performance and fitness of university futsal players, while also reducing their risk of injuries. The program lasts for 8 weeks and focuses on neuromuscular training, which helps players develop better control and strength in their muscles. Futsal is a popular indoor soccer game, but there hasn’t been much research on it, so this study aims to fill that gap.
To be eligible for the study, participants must be male players on the Istanbul Medipol University futsal team and currently training regularly, either by attending two training sessions per week or playing in games. However, players who have had a recent injury to their legs or other health issues that could affect their participation will not be included. Those who take part can expect to engage in a structured training program designed to enhance their skills and overall physical condition. This trial is currently recruiting, so interested players can join to help improve the understanding of futsal training and safety.
