- Inclusion Criteria:

- • Who has been receiving hemodialysis treatment for at least 3 months,

- Exclusion Criteria:
- • 3.3.2. Criteria for Non-Inclusion in the Study
- • Hearing impaired
- • Who has a physical disability to perform relaxation exercises
