ClinConnect Summary
The Aswan Heart Centre is conducting a clinical trial to study the genetic makeup of healthy Egyptian adults. The goal is to better understand how certain genetic changes might affect heart health, especially in people with known heart conditions. Researchers are looking for volunteers aged 18 and older who do not have any cardiovascular disease. This means that if you have a history of heart problems or related conditions in your family, you may not be eligible to participate.
If you choose to join the study, you will undergo tests to help researchers gather important genetic information. Your participation will help doctors learn more about how genetics can influence heart health in the Egyptian population. The trial is currently recruiting volunteers, and your involvement could contribute to valuable insights that may benefit future patients. Remember, if you have any concerns about your health or eligibility, it's always best to discuss them with a healthcare professional.
