ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the Triangle operation to see how well it works for patients with specific types of pancreatic cancer, including cancers located in the head of the pancreas, near the ampulla (a part of the small intestine), and the duodenum (the first part of the small intestine). Researchers want to understand both the short-term and long-term outcomes for patients who undergo this surgery.
Anyone diagnosed with these types of pancreatic cancer—regardless of age or gender—can potentially participate in the trial, as long as they are considered fit for surgery. However, patients who are not fit for surgery or whose cancer cannot be treated with the operation will not be included. Participants can expect to receive close monitoring and care throughout the study to ensure their health and safety. The trial is currently recruiting patients, which means they are looking for individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and are interested in contributing to this important research.
