ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at different ways to take samples from the liver, specifically comparing a newer method called endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) guided liver biopsy with traditional methods. The main goal of the study is to find out if the EUS technique is just as effective as other methods for diagnosing liver diseases, like liver fibrosis, and to see if there are any benefits to using EUS.
If you are 18 years or older and have had a liver biopsy—whether by EUS, through the skin (percutaneous), or through a vein (transjugular)—you might be eligible to participate. The trial is currently seeking participants, and those who join can expect to provide information about their experiences with the different biopsy methods. This research will help doctors understand which techniques work best for patients with liver diseases.
