ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is designed to explore how an education program can encourage nurses to report unsafe practices or situations, a process known as whistleblowing. The study will focus on licensed nurses who work directly with patients and have at least six months of experience. If you're a nurse who is interested in this topic and has not participated in any similar programs in the last year, you might be eligible to join.
While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, those who take part can expect to learn more about the importance of speaking up in their workplace to help ensure patient safety. This study aims to empower nurses to take action when they see something wrong, ultimately benefiting both the healthcare team and the patients they care for.
