ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how swelling in the chest area, which can happen after breast cancer treatment, affects women's quality of life and shoulder function. The researchers want to understand if this swelling impacts everyday activities and overall well-being, helping to find better ways to support patients after treatment.
To be part of this study, participants must be women of any age who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and have undergone surgery for their treatment. However, women with a prior shoulder injury or existing shoulder issues on the affected side cannot join. Those who participate will help researchers gather valuable information, and they can expect to share their experiences and possibly receive support and resources related to managing swelling and shoulder function. This study is currently recruiting participants, so there’s an opportunity to contribute to important research in breast cancer care.
